Digital access for our patients

We are currently reviewing if Anima, our digital access tool/online form, is the right one for our patients and our colleagues.

As part of this review, we would like to find out what is important to you when using an online form/digital tool when you need to contact your GP practice.

It is important to us that whatever tool we use going forward is easy for all to use.

Digital access for patients, along with telephone and face-to-face access, is a government requirement and an important part of how our practices can provide a service/care in an efficient way. It is also important that whatever tool we use also supports our colleagues to do their role.

The below questionnaire should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete and the ‘about you’ section is optional. You can get a hard copy of the survey from your local surgery.
