Do you support family member or friend regularly with things like shopping, cooking, washing or dressing? If the answer is yes then you are a carer.

We know that you have a vital role as a carer and our team would like to help you to look after yourself while you are looking after someone else. Please let a member of staff know if you are a carer.

We will invite you every year for a health check and a flu jab in addition to any of the usual health checks that you have.  If you are concerned about your health at other times, please get in touch to make an appointment with the nurse or GP.

Our carers champion is Lesley Hesler who can help you access useful information.
